Subscription Terms

These terms govern your monthly financial contribution to Black Vote Watch, processed through Stripe by Amazing Network LLC. By starting a subscription, you agree to these terms.

Nature of your contribution

Your monthly contribution supports the ongoing operations of Black Vote Watch, including research, bill tracking, and platform development. Contributions are voluntary and do not constitute a donation to a registered nonprofit — they are not tax-deductible. Platform access and content are provided as a courtesy and do not represent a guaranteed deliverable.

Recurring billing

By subscribing, you authorize Stripe to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis beginning on your initial payment date. Your subscription continues until you cancel. All billing is handled by Stripe under their Terms of Service at stripe.com/legal. Please ensure your payment information stays current — we are not responsible for service interruptions due to payment failures.

How to cancel

You may cancel anytime by emailing support@blackvotewatch.org or by managing your subscription directly through your Stripe billing portal. We will confirm cancellation within 3 business days. Your subscription remains active through the end of the current billing period — you will not be billed again after that.

Pricing changes

We may adjust subscription pricing with at least 14 days' notice via email. If you prefer not to continue at the new price, simply cancel before the effective date. Continued subscription after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated amount.

Platform availability

We work to keep the platform available and up to date, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify or update content and features at any time. No subscription credits are issued for planned or unplanned downtime.

Account termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate subscriptions in cases of fraud, chargebacks, or conduct inconsistent with our mission. No refund is owed in cases of termination for cause.
