Refund Policy

Because all contributions fund active, ongoing operations — including research, bill tracking, and platform maintenance — payments to Black Vote Watch are generally non-refundable once processed. By completing a transaction, you acknowledge this policy.
Payment disputes through Stripe
All transactions are processed by Stripe, the payment processor of record. If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact Stripe directly at stripe.com/support or through your Stripe-linked account. Black Vote Watch does not independently adjudicate payment disputes — those are handled through Stripe's standard dispute process.
Billing errors
If you were charged after a confirmed cancellation or believe a technical error caused an incorrect charge, contact us at support@blackvotewatch.org within 14 days of the charge. We will review the circumstances and work toward a fair resolution, which may include coordinating a correction through Stripe.
Chargebacks
We ask that you contact Stripe's support before initiating a chargeback with your bank. We reserve the right to submit evidence of valid transactions to Stripe in response to disputes and to suspend accounts associated with fraudulent or bad-faith chargebacks.
Limitation of liability
Black Vote Watch and Amazing Network LLC are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our platform. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid in the 30 days preceding the claim.
